I'm not sure your audio application would work with 2 separate audio sources.Īccording to the Jabra website the Evolve 40 has an additional 3.5mm audio jack so it may be possible to stop using the USB and go back to a standard analog cable with an analog Y. If you used a USB Hub you could connect two headsets to the computer, but they would show up in windows as 2 separate audio devices. A USB headset emulates a sound card in the headset itself. In the past, when using analog headsets, it was possible to split the analog signals to two or more devices. What you have described will not work with a Y cable.
